Book your pickup at the nearest available time, 2½ hours before your flight departure.
The recommendation from Greenland Airports is that you arrive at the airport 2 hours before departure.
Pickup will therefore be arranged from your hotel about 2½ hours before your flight departure. Transfer to the airport may take up to 30 minutes.
When you book a pickup, we will arrive at your accommodation within a 30-minute window of the reserved pickup time. So, for a reserved pickup at 07:00, we will arrive at your location between 07:00 and 07:30. For a reserved pickup at 14:00, we will arrive at your pickup location between 14:00 and 14:30.
It is important that you are ready when the shuttle arrives at your location at the reserved pickup time—otherwise, the shuttle may depart without you.
